ACY Unmasks Mean Machine OUTLAW, American Patriot Press, Volume 24, 2003

Hold on to your hats partners, because there's a new law on the water -- the ACY65 OUTLAW -- and she's just about the prettiest thing you ever saw. Don't let her good looks fool you, though; she's mighty quick on the draw and mean as a snake when she's gunning for marlin, but gentle as a lamb when it comes to comfort.

According to head honcho Dominick Lacombe, the ACY posse outfitted this gal real special: "the owner was looking for an extra sleek profile, so we shortened the deckhouse making the boat appear longer, but still kept the traditional outline."

Designed for ultimate fishing adventures with a full crew, the OUTLAW features three staterooms and four heads, including a designated day head in the the companion way.

The vessel is fully-appointed with myriad of unique custom features, including a television that drops down from the ceiling in the master stateroom and another that pops up out of a cabinet in the salon. Interior details include sandblasted and etched glass panels with airbrushed highlights.

Gracing the full length of the companion way is a beautiful oil painting of the vessel running in a tropical island setting. The OUTLAW is the first ACY vessel to feature an aft mezzanine with built-in deck seating; but perhaps the most unique feature is the choice of aged chestnut restoration wood for the interior decking.

"It turned out to be one of the most eye-catching vessels we've built to date," said LaCombe. The good taste of the owners made this an ambitious project. It's truly a one-of-a-kind showpiece"
